   This is a great list of testimonials for this Protein Blitz stuff. I’m going to have to try some. I’ve been working out every day and lifting more weight every time but I don’t seem to be getting stronger. I think adding protein will help.

   Long Beach (California Dreaming) 10.11.09 The CSLB students were great and the Lakers tent with the glazed munchie donuts were awesome around mile 10. Watermelon and pound cake being passed out during the race was awesome. Forget GU when you have that. The run along the beach was fabulous.
