I hope that everyone can start the day and end the day like I did, I had (3) protein blitz shakes thru out the day and on the way to the gym I brought (2) protein blitz rtd’s, I was ready before the race even started, so today was traps and triceps if you want to gain you have to bring the pain and I was at level 10, I was drinking my grape rtd thru the workout and was in the zone, I finished my workout and the rest of my protein blitz rtd on the way home I was thinking about legs for the next workout its going to be a heavy no b.s. dropset leave your skirt at the door workout!
