Rick Hagen Week One TrainingThe first rule is to listen to your body and I needed a day off to recover, when your body consumes quality protein like designer blitz it is amazing how you can feel the next day in the gym after a day off I was more than ready to blast off again, I brought my RTD with me to drink thru my workout and today I switched it up I went with a full body dropset take no prisoners session I felt amazing in the end and felt the blood rush thru my body. Believe me it is in the Blitz.

Rick Hagen and a Great Tricep WorkoutI hope that everyone can start the day and end the day like I did, I had (3) protein blitz shakes thru out the day and on the way to the gym I brought (2) protein blitz rtd’s, I was ready before the race even started, so today was traps and triceps if you want to gain you have to bring the pain and I was at level 10, I was drinking my grape rtd thru the workout and was in the zone, I finished my workout and the rest of my protein blitz rtd on the way home I was thinking about legs for the next workout its going to be a heavy no b.s. dropset leave your skirt at the door workout!

pic4-1I couldn’t wait to go to the gym tonight after I loaded up all day with PROTEINBLITZ, usually on the way to the gym I would get a cup of coffee to start the machine up, but today I brought with me two Proteinblitz RTD Waters and all I can say is WOW.

I started out first with a chest workout and I felt amazing from dumbbell pressing 105’s  for  3sets of 10 reps to doing drop sets to a burnout on my last exercise of cable crossovers. My goal was to finish one Proteinblitz RTD before I started biceps and that was easy the flavors are amazing, on to biceps. I never plan any of my workouts on paper or write anything down I just go for it and again I was in the zone! It must be in the Proteinblitz RTD!!!

In the end I felt great I was on top of the world.

I was born in Anchorage, Ak and starting working out at the age of 15, back then all I wanted to be was the biggest and strongest in the gym, I tried that for a couple of years and as I learned there is more to working out, there is nutrition and sleep which I was lacking the nutrition part. I had the opportunity to own a World Gym with my Father back in the late 90’s once that happen I was hooked, I live in the gym now, I eat and breathe Protein Blitz Powder and RTD’S 3 to 6 servings daily yes I am extreme, but my goals aren’t to be the strongest or the biggest I want to be in the best shape possible so I HAVE NO LIMITS.
