OK, here’s a major problem that every iron pumping maniac might face from time to time, if you are as busy as I am sometimes just getting to the gym can mean planning your day and often times canceling an appointment or making some other sacrifice that will allow you to get your session in for the day. Time isn’t always on our side; PROTEINBLITZ has really helped in saving some of that time for me. How many times have you barely made it to the gym, had to hustle through your workout, then had to haul ass home, hop in the shower, get dressed and tear off for a prior engagement? If you’re like me in all the hurry you may have forgotten to dose some protein after your battle with the iron. This is a major no-no, as everyone knows protein intake is the most crucial after your workout and to not consume protein and a few complex carbs after putting your muscles through hell you are only cheating yourself and you will have cheated your muscles.
