Unhappy Reccomended Amount before, after, throughout

I workout in the early hours. I wake up, take my shake and supps, workout, drink another shake and go to work usually within about 3-4 hours.

Should I take 1/2 a serving before, 1/2 after, full before/after, and throughout the day?

How many 1/2 and full servings should be sufficient?
